With summer time wonderful still in complete swing – I’m noticing a bit of a meals fashion with our own family and pals. an increasing number of of our guests are selecting to eat the more healthy snacks that we serve as a part of our party menu!

INGREDIENTS

- 10-ounce bag pita chips (we used Stacy’s Pita Chips which are firm and crisp)
- ½ cup diced yellow bell pepper
- ½ cup diced orange bell pepper
- 1 cup diced English or mini cucumber
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- ¼ cup sliced Kalamata olives
- ¼ cup sliced drained pepperoncini
- 1 cup garbanzo beans (chick peas)
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons diced green tops of scallions for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
