Plate up this scrumptious one-pot of sausage, kale and gnocchi in only 20 mins, with just 5 mins prep. Midweek suppers never got so easy – or tasty!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 pork sausages
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- (optional)
- 500g fresh gnocchi
- 500ml chicken stock (fresh if you can get it)
- 100g chopped kale
- 40g parmesan, finely grated
METHOD
- warmth the oil in a large excessive-sided frying pan over a medium warmness. Squeeze the sausages immediately from their skins into the pan, then use the returned of a timber spoon to break the beef up. Sprinkle in the chilli flakes and fennel seeds, if the usage of, then fry till the sausagemeat is crisp round the rims. take away from the pan with a slotted spoon.
- Tip the gnocchi into the pan, fry for a minute or so, then pour inside the hen inventory. once bubbling, cowl the pan with a lid and cook for three minutes, then stir within the kale. prepare dinner for 2 mins more or until the gnocchi is smooth and the kale has wilted. Stir inside the parmesan, then season with black pepper and scatter the crisp sausagemeat over the top.
