Learn how to make a festive Christmas Tree Cheese Platter in 5 easy steps! And this version is vegan, soy free, and gluten free.

Holiday entertaining doesn’t have to be complicated. All you need are some delicious dishes and a little creativity.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary
  • 1-2 packages Daiya Farmhouse Blocks cut in cubes
  • 1 jar Kalamata olives
  • 1 jar Castelvetrano olives
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper any color

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. On a large platter, line up some sprigs of rosemary with the longest row on the bottom. Reserve some extra rosemary to fill in the gaps later.
  2. Add the cubes of cheese with the first row under the bottom row of rosemary. Add an extra cube for the trunk.
  3. Next add the olives in between the cubes of cheese.
  4. Then add the tomatoes in any spaces that remain. Fill in the edges of the tree with the reserved rosemary.
  5. Finally, cut a piece of bell pepper in the shape of a star and place on the top of the tree.
