It’s continually thrilling to me whilst one among my readers or followers asks me “what does avocado tastes like?”. To me, there’s truely no taste and it’s more of a texture experience. but my answer is always “please just flavor it”. You’re now not living your best lifestyles if you haven’t attempted avocados! however seriously, it’s easy and obviously creamy texture makes it this type of ideal candidate to throw in smoothies, mousses or even ice cream – howdy avocado ice cream!

Avocado Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4-5 large mint leaves
  • 1 14- ounce can full-fat coconut milk refrigerated overnight
  • 2 ripe avocados halved, pitted and peeled


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. sit back a loaf pan inside the refrigerator for at about half-hour.
  2. In a high-velocity blender, add the peeled and pitted avocados. Scoop out the solid a part of the coconut milk right into a blender and store the liquid part to use in any other recipe (like a smoothie). add the banana, maple syrup, lemon juice and mint leaves. combo until easy and creamy.
  3. Pour the aggregate into the chilled loaf pan and use the again of a spoon to distribute lightly. location in the freezer for at least four hours or overnight.
  4. For fine results, allow soften for 10-15 mins at room temperature before serving.
