INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Rinse your soaked buckwheat properly, until the water runs clean and the sticky residue is eliminated. Rinse your cashews too.
  2. add rinsed buckwheat, cashews, frozen bananas, vanilla extract and coconut milk on your blender and blend till easy. You need it to be thick however pourable, so upload a touch water in case you need to.
  3. Pour the combination into your glasses till three/four full. To the last mix in the blender, add blueberries, black currants and acai powder and blend till easy.
  4. top up your jars with the purple blend and decorate with extra berries, brownie fall apart and mint.
