This is a weekend getaway bank here in old Blighty that is full of rain, and if there is one thing we want, it is a very good knee on a day off. What better way to celebrate than to prepare a good fruit cocktail, even if it's gray and drizzle outside. This pound of mint rum and passion fruit marks all the right boxes.

This is a delicious cocktail that looks hella pro, the best is that you can make it well in advance so you have plenty of time to spend all the praise from your guests.
