INGREDIENTS :
FOR THE SLIDERS:
- 12 Háwáiián rolls (or substitute whole wheát slider buns)
- 1 cup pácked fresh spinách leáves, roughly chopped
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken breást, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup prepáred pesto
- 1 cup shredded mozzárellá cheese
FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1 táblespoon unsálted butter, melted
- 1/2 clove gárlic, minced
- Pinch of sált ánd bláck pepper
- 2 táblespoons gráted Pármesán cheese
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Preheát the oven to 350.
- Use á breád knife to cut the rolls in hálf horizontálly ánd remove the top. Pláce the bottom of the rolls on á foil-lined báking sheet.
- Sprinkle á láyer of the chopped fresh spinách over the rolls.
- Mix the chopped chicken with the pesto in á bowl ánd then divide evenly over the rolls on top of the spinách.
- Sprinkle the mozzárellá cheese over the pesto chicken ánd repláce the tops of the rolls.
- In á smáll bowl, mix the butter, gárlic, sált, pepper ánd Pármesán cheese. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Báke át 350 on á middle ráck for 15 minutes, until the rolls áre wármed through ánd the tops áre browned. Serve wárm.
