  • 4 cups low sodium beef broth
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup frozen petite peas
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, optional
  • 2 bay leaves


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Season red meat with salt and pepper, to flavor.
