  • 1/4 Cup flour
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 12 oz bottle of beer I prefer a larger but you could use whatever you like
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • Frozen peas and carrots thawed (optional)


INGREDIENTS
  1. add red meat stew meat, flour, salt & pepper to a big ziploc bag. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. flip instantaneous Pot on to saute and add butter. when butter is melted upload beef and garlic to pot. Brown meat on each aspect (approximately three-5 mins).
  3. while meat is browned, remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  4. Deglaze the lowest of the put with two cups of red meat inventory. while the lowest is clean, upload the meat back in.
  5. upload beer, tomato paste, Worcestershire, and dry onion soup blend.
  6. close immediate Pot and set to 35 minutes on guide excessive strain.
