Vegan Sesame Tofu and Eggplant

This sesame tofu and eggplant recipe makes a first-rate light lunch, and is rather vegan.   • 3 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) 
  • .25 cup Sesame Seeds 

INSTRUCTIONS
