what is purple, pink, blue, sparkle-y all over and full of rum? You guessed it! amusing and fruity Sparkle Magic Jello shots!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups water, divided
- 9 tablespoon coconut milk, divided (or vanilla yogurt)
- 3 1/2 cups coconut rum, divided
- 2 boxes (3 oz.) Jell-O™ grape
- 1 box (3 oz.) Jell-O™ berry blue
- Neon pink liquid food coloring
- Edible pearl dust, for birthday sparkle, if desired
- 32 (2 oz.) shot glasses
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
INSTRUCTIONS
- warmness the water to boiling.
- Pour 2 cups of boiling water in a heat secure bowl. upload the grape gelatin. Whisk till gelatin is absolutely dissolved (approximately 2 mins). Stir in 2 cups of rum. Divide the mixture similarly in two bowls. to 1, add 6 tablespoons of the coconut milk. Stir nicely. upload a bit of the pearl dirt to the obvious gelatin, if preferred. Set each bowls aside.
- Pour 1 cup of boiling water in a warmth secure bowl. upload the blue gelatin. Whisk till gelatin is fully dissolved (about 2 mins). Stir in 1 cup of rum. Divide the mixture similarly in bowls. to at least one, add 3 tablespoons of the coconut milk. Stir properly. upload a little of the pearl dirt to the transparent gelatin, if preferred. Set each bowls apart.
- Pour 1 cup of boiling water right into a warmth safe bowl. add the gelatin and stir until dissolved (about five mins - microwave for a few seconds if trouble dissolving). add the sweetened condensed milk and some drops of the pink meals coloring. Stir properly. Stir within the rum. Set bowl apart.
